    Crunchy Romaine Toss - CRAZY GOOD!!! Had this at a dinner party and everyone raved about it. I had to get the recipe so I could make it at home. SO easy to make and it tastes DELICIOUS!!! Romaine lettuce, broccoli, ramen noodles, butter, walnuts, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Great for dinner parties and potlucks!     Ingredients

    • 1 cup walnuts
    • 1 (3-oz) package ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up (discard flavor packet)
    • 4 Tbsp butter
    • 1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
    • 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste
