    • 1/4 cup cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
    • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    • 1 red bell pepper, (chopped)
    • 1 green onion, (sliced)
    • sesame seeds, (for garnish)
